Since then, their paths have crossed in various project formations both on stage and in the studio. This jaZZanti concert is their first meeting as a duo. Savela and Laihonen have versatile backgrounds as musicians and as improvisers they share a common language. Interest in the world music cultures and the sound phenomenon in general can be heard in their playing.
