Danish drummer Daniel Sommer and Finnish pianist-composer Artturi R\u00f6nk\u00e4 have been working together for several years, performing in both Finland and Denmark. Twosome\u00b4s Varo album released in 2021, which was also nominated for Emma in the series of jazz albums. In the latest composition of Sommer and R\u00f6nk\u00e4, the trio is complemented by the Swedish bassist-composer Thommy Andersson, who belongs to the top of genre-free improvised music in Denmark and Sweden. The trio’s music consists of character songs with varying moods, which rely heavily on free improvisation.<\/p>\n
