Jonathan B\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m Quartet is a young and rising talent of Finnish and Swedish musicians led by bassist\/composer Jonathan B\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m. The quartets expression consists of minimalistic landscapes and explosive, multi layered free improvisation. Each musicians brings their own individual voice to create a strong musical statement. Next to B\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m plays alto saxophonist Marcus W\u00e4rnheim (SE), tenor saxophonist Adele Sauros and drummer Benjamin Nylund.<\/p>\n
