Aleksis Liukko-trion sl\u00e4ppte sitt debutalbum i december 2022, vars kompositioner kommer att h\u00f6ras p\u00e5 oktoberturn\u00e9n 2023. 2019 tog Aleksis Liukko examen fr\u00e5n G\u00f6teborgs universitet med en magisterexamen i musik. F\u00f6rutom sin egen trio spelar han bl.a. i Sointi Jazz Orchestra och Laura Annika Quartet, f\u00f6r vilken han \u00e4ven har komponerat och arrangerat musik, samt i Juho Peltoniemi trio och Anton Berg collective.<\/p>\n

Basisten Mikael Saastamoinen (bl.a. Perussastamala, Katu Kaiku, Linda Fredriksson) och trummisen Okko Saastamoinen (bl.a. OK:KO, Sir Garrison, Arppa) \u00e4r bland de b\u00e4sta finska musikerna f\u00f6r stunden. De tillf\u00f6r starkt gemensamt spel och naturlig musikalisk kommunikation till trion. Den afroamerikanska musiktraditionen kan h\u00f6ras och det skickliga greppet till improvisation skapar ocks\u00e5 energiska, nordiska och f\u00e4rgstarka atmosf\u00e4rer.<\/p>\n
