Ville L\u00e4hteenm\u00e4ki Trio \u00e4r en grupp med huvudkvarter i Trondheim som best\u00e5r av unga finska och norska jazzmusiker: Ville L\u00e4hteenm\u00e4ki (basklarinett, fl\u00f6jt), Nicolas Leirtr\u00f8 (kontrabas) och Trym Saugstad Karlsen (trummor). I bandets musik kan man h\u00f6ra ekon av freejazz\/spiritualjazz pionj\u00e4rerna fr\u00e5n 1960- och 1970-talen, vars kraftfulla och uttrycksfulla spel har varit en stor inspirationsk\u00e4lla f\u00f6r L\u00e4hteenm\u00e4ki. Ville L\u00e4hteenm\u00e4ki Trio sl\u00e4ppte sitt debutalbum ”Introducing: Ville L\u00e4hteenm\u00e4ki Trio” p\u00e5 Ultra\u00e4\u00e4ni Records fr\u00e5n Tammerfors, i juli 2022. Det fick utm\u00e4rkta recensioner. Bandet, som grundades v\u00e5rvintern 2022, har redan f\u00e5tt internationellt intresse, vilket framg\u00e5r av upptr\u00e4danden p\u00e5 festivaler och konserter i Italien, Norge, Estland, Sverige och Finland (t.ex. S\u00fcdtirol Jazzfestival, Raahen Rantajatsit, Tampere Jazz Happening). Trion arbetar just nu med sitt andra album, som sl\u00e4pps v\u00e5ren 2024.<\/p>\n
