AINON, ledd av cellisten-komposit\u00f6ren Aino Juutilainen, utmanar musikens traditionella gr\u00e4nser med sin uppfinningsrika ensemble och tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt. I kvartetten spelar Aino Juutilainen cello, Merimaija Aalto violin och viola, Milo Linnovaara saxofon, klarinett och fl\u00f6jt samt Joonas Lepp\u00e4nen, som f\u00f6rankrar bandet med sitt dynamiska trummande.<\/p>\n<p>AINONs musik \u00e4r en fascinerande dialog mellan komponerade s\u00e5nger och spontan improvisation. Musiken \u00e4r skr\u00e4ddarsydd f\u00f6r medlemmarnas unika musikerkarakt\u00e4rer. Resultatet av denna interaktion \u00e4r en rik ljudbild som \u00e4r b\u00e5de sofistikerad och l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4nglig. Kvartettens distinkta instrumentupps\u00e4ttning och kunskapen om artisternas musikstilar ger dem m\u00f6jlighet att skapa en atmosf\u00e4r d\u00e4r djupet i klassisk musik m\u00f6ter jazzens lekfulla och utforskande syns\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan grundandet har AINON upptr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 stora finl\u00e4ndska jazz- och experimentella musikfestivaler, s\u00e5som den prestigefyllda We Jazz-festivalen, Jazz Espa och konsertserien jaZZanti. Deras debutalbum &#8221;Drought&#8221;, sl\u00e4ppt i september 2020 via We Jazz Records &#8211; Finlands ledande jazzskivbolag &#8211; har f\u00e5tt positiv kritik b\u00e5de nationellt och internationellt. Kritikerna har hyllat albumet f\u00f6r dess s\u00f6ml\u00f6sa integration av olika musikaliska element och dess fr\u00e4scha inst\u00e4llning till bandspel.
