Basisten Antti L\u00f6tj\u00f6nen<\/strong>, mottagare av Finska Jazzf\u00f6rbundets Yrj\u00f6-pris 2024 och en av Finlands mest uppskattade jazzmusiker, samt gitarristen Kalle Kalima<\/strong>, verksam i Berlin med en stark karri\u00e4r i Centraleuropa, f\u00f6renar sina krafter. I L\u00f6tj\u00f6nens och Kalimas musicerande m\u00f6ts erfarenheten fr\u00e5n tusentals konserter p\u00e5 v\u00e4rldens scener och fr\u00e4sch\u00f6ren i ett nytt samarbete.<\/p>\n

H\u00f6sten 2024 spelade duon in albumet \u201cStings, Bites and Scratches\u201d, som gavs ut av Eclipse Music den 3 januari 2025. Duon gjorde en 13 konserter l\u00e5ng utgivningturn\u00e9 i b\u00f6rjan av 2025. P\u00e5 konserterna och skivan h\u00f6rs en gr\u00e4nsl\u00f6s och fantasifull resa in i k\u00e4rnan av jazz och improviserad musik.<\/p>\n

Stings, Bites and Scratches stresses the immediate a\ufb03nity of these gifted musicians. Their intimate, conversational dynamics often mimic playful and inventive hide-and-seek games, emphasising their strong-minded voices, and often their eccentric sense of humour.
