Antti Lötjönen, a double bass player hard-boiled in the world and in Finland, will bring his own band to the Villa Hakasalmi this time.

The record release festival, which has dragged on for corona reasons, will continue in the form of an atmospheric jaZZanti concert. The composition of the crew is quite strong. Mikko Innanen, Jussi Kannaste and Verneri Pohjola form the front line full of soloist power. Joonas Riippa is always creative and personal in the drums. Mainly playing the music of its director, ALQE sails in free but rhythmic waters. The keen-eared is likely to find echoes of the jazz tradition as well. We also hear Antti’s new compositions in addition to the material on the album. There are and should be many opinions about the end result, but it is hardly boring. Try out it though.
